Agenda
3:30pm
Registration opens with continuous shuttle service to off-site parking until 4:30pm, on-call shuttle until after the game
4:00pm to 5:00pm
“Rock ‘n’ Coffee” Mixer with the influential and award-winning sounds of Eric Slater and the Tres Aliens Band; as well as a special appearance by the Hollywood High School Drum Line--self-guided tours of the Hollywood High School Alumni Museum
The Rock ‘n’ Coffee Mixer is a free event for the public, however, we ask that you bring a suitable book donation to place in our “Barrel ‘o’ Books” as a donation for our library
5:00pm to 6:30pm
“Asian Enchantment” dinner and entertainment featuring flavors of the Far East by our local dinner sponsor, entertainment and a few words from our organization
Dinner menu:
Egg rolls
Vegetarian lo mein
White meat orange flavored chicken
Fried rice
Fortune cookies and almond cookies
Choice of water, soda or coffee
Dinner requires a $15 donation and a dinner ticket can be purchased in advance or at the door during registration
6:30pm to 7:00pm
Self-guided tour of Hollywood High School
7:00pm to 10:00pm
(Optional) Homecoming game, concessions and social time with friends, the cost of the game is an additional $5 per person
10:00pm to 10:30pm
Shuttle service to the remote parking lot, last shuttle stops promptly at 10:30pm, the lot is open until 2am (need to confirm this time)
All net proceeds from Alumni Day will be used to send Hollywood High School students to college on scholarship. We are an all-volunteer organization.
We have the following sponsorship opportunities available:
Coffee sponsor
You may donate coffee service during the “Rock ‘n’ Coffee” Mixer and for dinner coffee. You can provide a coffee urn and condiments with cups or we can arrange it with your donation. Your name or logo may be placed prominently in the coffee serving areas.
Swag bag sponsor $200
You may provide your own bag containing approved literature or items that can be given away to the attendees. You must provide 200 bags and contents prior to the event.
Dinner sponsor $500
Your donation will help defray (but not cover) the cost of dinner for attendees so that more funds can be used for charity. A higher donation may be offered, but the minimum is $500. You will be permitted to put your banner inside the cafeteria during dinner and give out brochures and cards to attendees.
Dessert sponsor
You may donate a quality dessert that we’ll serve after dinner along with a prominent logo of your company at the serving area to indicate your support of the scholarship programs we provide.
Paper and plastic sponsor
You may donate:
500 cups (cold and hot)
250 dinner plates
250 dessert plates
250 forks
250 spoons
1000 paper napkins
or pay for their cost and have your company logo prominently displayed in our dinner serving area.
