Enjoy a taste of the Mediterranean by attending the Greek Food Festival, 11 A.M.-8 P.M. Wednesday, May 11th through Saturday, May 14th at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 32 E. Ross St., near the Wilkes-Barre Post Office in Wilkes-Barre. An assortment of Greek foods and pastries including gyros, stuffed grape vine leaves, spinach pies, baklava, galaktoboureko, and others delicacies will be served—including takeouts. Free delivery is also available within a 2-mile radius of the church for orders costing $30 or more. There will be entertainment such as Greek dancing, videos, and music during the festival as well as ethnic Greek products. Tours of the church will be offered upon clergy availability.
