2013/2014 Melbourne Fringe on Tour May 23, 2013

The pick of the Melbourne Fringe Festival comes to the Kew Court House on Thursday 23 May in a double bill not to be missed. As part of Melbourne Fringe on Tour program Cannonball and Million Dollar Tegan represent some of the best performances to come out of the Festival and takes these highlights to audiences that might otherwise not have had the chance to see these wonderful shows:

Cannonball, 7pm:

Green Room Award winner Emily Taylor morphs and mutates through a minefield of adolescent angst, mid-life longing and familial discontent.
Exploring the complexity of modern urban life, Taylor shape-shifts through a myriad of characters revealing the fantastical behind the mundane and the disturbing beneath the ordinary in this powerful one woman show.

Million Dollar Tegan, 9pm:

Tegan Higginbotham takes on the world of female boxing both in and out of the ring in her hilarious knockout comedy show.
A boxing fan since she was a young girl, 24 year old Tegan was over the moon to don the boxing gloves and sporting silks when the opportunity arose. If only she was prepared for the pain.
