We're excited for our third anniversary event- and if you like food, fun and great entertainment, you should be too!

On Saturday, August 2nd from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Faraday's presents Texas Chefs Talk Tools. Five Culinary Masters from around Texas will be in-store throughout the day to demonstrate cooking techniques, as well as share their favorite kitchen tools. All events are FREE!

We'll also have special deals and free product give-aways all day!

8:30 to 10:00 am- Knife Skills Workshop with Chef Dean Chambers of Siena Restaurant and Ethan Hamme from Messermeister Knives. Ethan will help you understand the Art of Handling a Knife, and then Dean will turn your fresh cut vegetables into a delicious Entree. This class is free, but call to reserve your spot as space is limited.

10:30 to 11:30 am- Celebrity Chef Tre Wilcox from Dallas will cook up a seafood dish using his favorite cookware.

12:30 to 1:30 pm- Personal Chef Cecelia Fetty from San Antonio will instruct you on the many uses of a Food Processor while whipping up a few apptizers.

2:00 to 3:00 pm- Executive Chef Jeffrey Blank from Hudson's on the Bend shows you what he likes to use in his kitchen by preparing his legendary Espresso Rubbed Venison with Blanc Sauce. This Stovetop Smoker demonstration will make your mouth water!

3:30 to 4:30 pm- Dallas-based Recipe Developer, Food Writer and Specialty Chef Mick Weisberg shows you how Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron products make cooking easy. Don't miss the surprise dessert at the end of the demonstration!

Recipes will be given out during each chef demonstration.

We all hope you'll join us for what promises to be a heck of a lot of fun!
