3rd Annual Gourdstock Festival June 30, 2012

Gourds are those funny shaped fruits, the pumpkin's cousin, that dry out and can be used for a variety of purposes, such as containers, decorative art pieces, crafts, musical instruments, and water containers. No cost for entry or parking. There will be free demonstrations, vendors selling all kinds, shapes, sizes, raw and decorated gourds, tools, supplies and materials that are needed to enhance the gourds. Enjoy one of the classes on making hanging lamps, pine needle bowls, gourd dolls and more.
