4th Annual Cocina de Coprodeli: Local Focus, Global Impact April 1, 2010

Join Coprodeli USA in an evening filled with Latin American food, drink and dance! All proceeds go to expanding nutrition programs and developing agricultural projects in Peru.

Flavors of Peru. Sample incredible cuisine from across Latin America. Rub elbows with chefs from the Embassy of Peru, Mio Restaurant, Las Canteras, Redwood Restaurant, and Yorktown Bistro as they display their creative genius.

Love pisco? Macchu Pisco LLC is providing their award- winning Macchu Pisco. Mixologists from Cafe Atlantico, Mio, and Funxion will put their unique twist on the pisco sour.

Love wine? Brassfield Estate Winery from the High Valley Appellation Region in California will be providing all the exquisite wines for the event.

Wish You Were In Peru? In partnership with the Public Diplomacy Department of the Embassy of Peru, incredible photography and traditional dancing will transport you to the land of the Incas.
