4th Annual Walk of HEROes 5K June 11, 2010

This year's Walk of HEROes event includes a 5K Run/Walk, Tot Trot, and Community Hero Fun Day.

Your participation helps those with developmental disabilities, substance addictions, and mental health illnesses. Individuals and groups are invited to participate!


Date: Saturday, September 11, 2010
Location: Richardson Health Center, 445 Winn Way, Decatur, GA 30030

Time: Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration - 7:45 to 8:45 am 5K - 9 AM Tot Trot - 10 AM
Pre-Registration Cost: $10 for 5K and $5 for Tot Trot
Online Registration: To pay by credit card, registration is available at http://www.active.com/running/decatur-ga/walk-of-heroes-5k-2010
and closes Sept. 9.

Mail-In Registration: Download form at www.dekcsb.org and make check payable to DeKalb Community Service Board Foundation. Mail to DeKalb CSB Foundation c/o Walk of Heroes, PO Box 1648, Decatur, GA 30031.
**Must be received by September 3 - do not mail after Sept. 1.

Race Day Registration Cost: $15 for 5K and
$5 for Tot Trot
