6th Annual Phyzz Phest July 7, 2012

There will be fun for the whole family at the Fifth Annual Philly Phyzz Phest. The festival celebrates the 205th anniversary of the introduction of flavored artificial carbonated beverages to America by Dr. Philip Syng Physick, America's original "Soda Pop". Activities will include making homemade ice cream in a hand crank churn (and getting to eat it too!), "fizzical science" experiments to learn what makes soda "pop", playing old-fashioned games, and singing "Happy Birthday" to Dr. Physick complete with birthday cake.
