A Day at Fairy Creek July 14, 2012

Expand your photography skills at this July 14th workshop held on private property that surrounds a delightfully photogenic section of Fairy Creek. You’ll meet at F-11 Photographic Supplies at 5:30 a.m. to car pool to the workshop location and spend the morning working with local photographer Bob Sisk and F-11‘s Katherine Milledge and Doug Bundren. 

Tamron USA Rep John Carson will also be on hand, along with his hefty trunks full of Tamron lenses shipped in just for you to try out. With everything from macro to wide-angle and telephoto, Carson’s trunk will have the perfect lens for every shooting opportunity and F-11 Photo will have a selection of Manfrotto and Gitzo tripods for your use. 

Learn some simple lighting tricks using reflectors and diffusers and gain a better understanding of how filters can enhance your images. Get answers to your questions on depth of field, composition, exposure, aperture, shutter speed, selective focus, motion blur and anything else you can think of.
    
Enrollment is limited to twelve photographers and pre-registration is required.
