A Prayer Vigil - for our Children, our Teachers, and Our Community... July 31, 2007

An Open Invitation – Prayer Vigil:

In today’s society our children, teachers, volunteers and leaders are faced with many difficult decisions. As we all know the controversy over prayer in schools, I am a firm believer in prayer and the power there of.

As a concerned parent and the Seventh District President of PTA, I would like to invite you to attend a volunteer prayer vigil to pray for our children, teachers, bus drivers, volunteers and leaders in our school systems. We will also pray for the congressional bills that are at hand that influence the well-being of our children and our schools.

This Prayer vigil will not be hosted by a particular Denomination, Faith, or Belief. We will be united together in prayer for one cause, Our Children and Their Future!
