Afro-Zep is the brainchild of Marshall Greenhouse (founder and former member of Chicago Afrobeat Project), Wilson (1000 Vertical Feet) and Ryan Behling (Starrunner, Ron: The Band). The three have worked relentlessly on original arrangements that mash up Led Zeppelin with the funk and groove of Afro-pop and Afro-beat artists such as Fela Kuti, and Thomas Mapfumo.
