American Cancer Society's FreshStart Smoking Cessation program May 21, 2009

Freshstart is a free four session program containg all of the elements that have been found to be meaningful in helping smokers to stop and stay off cigarettes; the program addresses the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings of the smoker. The program makes use of group interaction to encourage and support change, but does not foster group dependency among participants.
