American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
When: September 21,22,24,28,29 and October 1
Time: 5:30-9:30
Where: Show Low Family Aquatic Center
Cost: $97.00 ($50 refundable if hired by City)

Must be 15 years old or older. Swim 300 yards continuously(free style and breast stroke) Swim with a 10 pound brick 20 yards in 1 minutes, 40 seconds.
In this course you will learn how to become a professional lifeguard. Topics include resuce skills, lifeguard responsibilities, first aid, and CPR/ AED.
Cost: $97.00 ($50.00 refundable if hired by the City of Show Low)
