An Evening of Art & Jazz April 16, 2009

On Thursday, April 16, 2009, the Marlboro Area Arts Council will present its 2nd annual "An Evening of Art & Jazz". This black-tie optional, drop-in reception will begin at 6:00pm and end at 10:00pm at the Skye. This event will again, feature music by "A New Creation". Door prizes will be given throughout the night. This wonderful event is designed to promote the craftsmanship of local visual artisans while simultaneously funding the youth programs. These programs include; Children's Performing Arts Camp and Children's Summer Visual Arts Camps and Classes.
Last year's event was very successful; it garnered much community support in sponsorships and in ticket sales. This year, the committee is working hard to insure that the community will once again support this entertaining night of beautiful art and soulful jazz. Wine & Hors d'oeuvres will be served so you must be at least 21 to attend!
