See, touch, and explore 11 'Animal Houses,' an imaginative, one-of-a-kind exhibition. Professional designers create the interactive, whimsical, human-scale animal dwellings, each roughly 20 feet by 20 feet. The Pollywog Pond, Beaver Lodge, Skunk Den, and Great Blue Heron Rookery are at the wetlands. At the Schulenberg Prairie, it's the Spider Web, Ant Colony, and Coyote Den. In the woodlands, visitors can see the Raccoon Den, Rotting Log, and the Squirrel Drey. The entire exhibition is designed to help visitors learn about animals' reliance on trees in a fun, interactive way.
