Anne Watts and Boister are international recording artists based in Baltimore. Their debut album, 'Boister,' was released in Europe and Japan to critical acclaim. Their second album, 'Song of the Smoke,' features lyrics by Bertolt Brecht and was called "an excellent surprise" by the French press.
