Appassionata Duo - Free Series Preview Concert September 14, 2011

The provocative Appassionata Duo has caught the attention of classical and pop music fans alike with a repertoire that covers everything from Clair de Lune to Guns N' Roses. Tulsa Symphony Orchestra harpist Jill Wiebe and principal violist Jeff Cowen, keep audiences on their toes with versatile concerts that move quickly from sultry Latin dances to poignant Romantic treasures to modern hits that put an elegant new twist on the music of Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Coldplay and more. This “preview” concert will feature selections from their upcoming 2011-12 Candlelight Concert Series. Admission is free and complimentary wine will be served.
