Art Classes - Drawing & Painting September 14, 2006

Upper Darby Adult Evening Program (UDAEP) is offering 2 Art classes starting on 9/14/06 and continuing for 10 weeks at the Upper Darby High School:

Fundamentals of Drawing 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - $55.00
This studio course introduces students to basic drawing skills and techniques through the use of line, shape, modeling and composition. Students will learn to translate what they see using the pictorial approach. No experience necessary. A list of materials will be provided.

Painting in Watercolor 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - $55.00
For the beginner to the advanced student. Learn to see with the eye of a painter from an award winning artist and teacher. This class will turn you on to the excitement of color through basic understanding of elements of color theory and its application to the paintings you will create. Find out various techniques for painting landscapes, still life and portraits and awaken your creativity in living color. Bring a watercolor sketchbook and pencil to first class. Supplies will be discussed.
