Green and yellow and orange and red. . . . search beneath the maples and oaks for leaves of brilliant red, vivid yellow and hot orange. Meet an animal who hides among the leaves. Read the book When the Leaf Blew In by Steve Metzger and explore the farm and fields looking for where the leaves have blown in. - - All ages welcome, up to three children per adult. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, but strollers are not appropriate for the terrain we will cover. The fee for children ages 12-17 months is half the regular fee. Per person fee applies to each participant, both children and adults. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of all animals and visitors. - - If you are registering twins for an adult/child pair program, the fee for the second twin is half the non-member fee listed for the program. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - On the first day of each program, please check in at the Admissions Window, except where noted. - - Programs include time outside and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for the weather. - - In programs in which there is a food to farm connection, snacks from the farm may be incorporated into the program.
