The DC Fashionistas was established with one goal in mind: Make DC the next Fashion Capital! They will be hosting a “Backstage Pass” fashion event. Get a sneak peek into the live, behind the scenes action of the fashion world. Find out how designers create different forms of fashion. Lights! Camera! Fashion! Take part in a live photo shoot, hair and makeup sessions and see designers creating their actual designs, from sketch to sewing machine. What's a fashion show without good swag?
