Bariatric Information Session September 24, 2009

This is our monthly off-site (Altamonte Springs) Bariatric Information Session. There is no need to register for this event, just show up and we will sign you in when you get there.

Dr. Keith Kim and Team will provide detailed descriptions of each procedure performed here, as well as give you a step by step on how to get started.

Please arrive by 5:45pm and bring your Photo ID and Insurance Card. We will make copies of your information, and have our Insurance Coordinator verify your benefits.
