Florida Hospital Celebration is proud to have Dr. Keith Kim and his team host a information session on bariatrics, descriptions of each procedure performed and the necessary steps to take to undergo Bariatric Surgery.

Please arrive by 5:45pm and bring your Photo ID and Insurance Card. We will make copies of your information, and have our Insurance Coordinator verify your benefits.
