Bassiona Amorosa Concert August 18, 2009

Renowned double bass ensemble “Bassiona Amorosa” will give a special concert in our Jazz Cellar, which can create a wonderfully intimate musical atmosphere thanks to its limited capacity of 40 seats. This feast for the ears will be held on Tuesday 18 August 2009, beginning at 19:30, featuring the double bassists Ljubinko Lazic, Jan Jirmasek, Onur Özkaya, Giorgi Makhoshvili and Andrew Lee. An evening of variety awaits, with pieces by such composers as Johann Strauss, Antonio Vivaldi and Giovanni Bottesini each presented in the original and moving way that one is used to from this superb double bass ensemble.
