Bear Cone Trading Posts' 1st Annual Mountain Bear Festival & Trail of Painted Ponies Live Expo being held here in Reno, Nevada. Featuring The Bear Cone Mountain Bears and The Trail of Painted Ponies. Bear Cone Mountain activites and entertainment and Trail of Painted Ponies art exhibition and show.
----The Trail of Painted Ponies Live Parade. Live Ponies costumed replicating the figurines of Painted Ponies. Also the Parade of the Arabian Nights Arabian Horses of the Desert in full costume.
----Arts & Crafts Vendors located at the Exhibition Hall, Indoor Arena and the Atlantis Casino Resort.
----Contests for new artists for the best painted ponies competing for $25,000 Grand Prize. Coached and judged by the Painted Pony Artists.
----Dinners for the Artists - Vendors - Awards
----Auction of Painted Ponies with the auction proceeds going to various non-profit organizations locally.
----Sponsors - Vendors - Horse Exhibitors - Application and Reservations need to be submitted early. This will be an annual event held here in Reno, Nevada.
----Entertainment - Native American, Arabian, Country and various cultural entertainment.
----Native American Pony Painting with Narrative Artists explaining symbols and pony painting of the different tribal nation interpretations.
