Beer & Dinner Pairing May 18, 2007

The Centennial Club will host its first Beer and Dinner Pairing on Friday, May 18 at 7pm. The night will include beer from Jaxon’s Brewery and showcase the exquisite taste of their many handcrafted beer selections. Our beer and dinner pairing is designed to showcase the beers of our local producers, especially those known for their high quality and unique characteristics. Whether you are an aficionado, or have a casual interest in beer, our hope is to make the event informative, entertaining, and enjoyable for everyone. Each meal will have a pairing of hand selected beer – bringing out the taste in the food that will be presented.
