In this high energy class We will drill dance moves at varying levels of difficulty
Achieve over all fitness whatever your age, size or experience.
This fun program is designed to burn calories,
enhance your self-image, self-confidence, grace and presence. Isolate muscle groups gain strength and flexibility

There is a 12 person maximum in class because of room. So if you want to do the class you will have to email or call the Studio. If you want to sign up and then need to cancel please let the studio know so someone else on the waiting list can come. This class will fill up fast.

The dance drill will start at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 6:45.
class is $10/class or use the pre-paid package $45 for 5 classes
