Postmortem is a murder mystery by Ken Ludwig. This clever thriller delights with all the classic murder mystery devices: shots in the dark, darkly held secrets, deathbed letters, bottles bashed over the head, ghosts and hiders behind curtains, and misbegotten suspicions. Someone is trying to murder intrepid, eccentric actor William Gillette, best known for his portrayal of Sherlock Holmes, and he plans to solve the case himself. This is a whodunit mystery packed with suspects and tinged with suspense and laughter.

Postmortem will be performed in Black Hills State University's new Laboratory Theatre in Pangburn Hall on the BHSU campus. The theatre is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible.
