Black Man-O-Logues is a play that explores love from the perspectives of 10 black men, each confronting a unique set of life circumstances. The play breaks the stereotype of the black male as player/womanizer by unveiling a truer picture of the challenges and triumphs a black man faces in the wake of familial and romantic love. The play is primarily intended for adult audiences. The hope is that once theater goers see this show, they will be awakened to these issues and begin to talk about them.

I am a White person who was fortunate to see Black Man-O-Logues at the 14th Stret Playhouse on March 20, 2010.
In addition to the reality of the situations being portrayed - as common to the African American community, the acting was OUTSTANDING!
