'A Feast at the Table of Orchestral Delights' continues a Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra tradition of providing family friendly entertainment for the residents of Northern New Jersey. The Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra will perform pieces by well known composers such as John Phillip Sousa, Johann Strauss, Franz Von Suppe, and a medley of works by George Gershwin. Also featured will be two pieces by special guest Mario Lombardo. Lombardo is the composer of over two-hundred pieces of music for orchestra, chorus, symphonic band, and piano. His talents on piano will be featured during a symphonic version of Over the Rainbow for piano and orchestra as well as a medley of works by Gershwin for piano, alone. One of the oldest of New Jersey's community orchestras, the Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra performed it's first concert in 1932.
