Bozeman Photoshop Users Group: Travel Photography May 10, 2011

Tuesday, May 5th, gear up for summer with local photo enthusiast, Matt Bitz and the Bozeman Photoshop Users Group. Bitz developed his interest in photography while attending Rocky Mountain College and since then has traveled throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean. He believes great images are the best thing you can bring home from your adventures. They enhance your memories and let you relive your adventure with friends and family.

Bitz will discuss the nature of travel photography, including helpful tips on what gear to bring along, what to look for when shooting travel photos and perhaps most importantly, how to back up your images and what the best devices are to use in the field. He will also cover what to do with your images when you get home, discussing programs like Adobe Lightroom that you can use to organize, catalog and edit your images. Enjoy Bitz’s travel stories, fantastic images and pick up great tips to use on your next adventure.
 
The Bozeman Photoshop User Group meets at F-11 Photographic Supplies the second Tuesday of each month from 5:45 to 7 PM. Meetings are $5 or become an official member for $25 a year.
