Brandywine Battlefield Summer Camp July 15, 2007

Civilian camp sessions explore the lives of the people who lived in Chadds Ford at the time of the battle in the clothes they wore, work they did and food they ate, with a focus on women's roles. Military camp sessions include military drills, soldier-related crafts, 18th century games and everyday activities. Campers will learn about a soldier's life, uniforms and the equipment he carried.
