In this workshop, Australia's cupping champion Catherine Ferrari, just back from the World Coffee Cup Tasting Championship in Copenhagen, will enlighten your mind and heighten your senses to the differences in types of coffee and how they affect your coffee experience. We guarantee that you will walk away from this workshop feeling confident that you can identify those delicious subtleties in the blends you enjoy so much. To assist in your sensory training, Catherine will do tastings of sugars and bitters, as well as introducing you to a complete aroma kit which will train and hone your senses.
