Philip Spiegel will read from his new book, TRIUMPH OVER TYRANNY: The Heroic Campaigns that Saved 2,000,000 Soviet Jews and will show excerts from the documentary film, REFUSENIK. His talk is called "Reflecting on the 32nd Anniversary of Natan Sharansky's Final Arrest" and will discuss the activities of this well-known refusenik and dissident.
