The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and its Real Estate & Development Committee present the tenth annual Building Brooklyn Awards celebrating ten projects that enhance Brooklyn's neighborhoods and economy. Honorees are David Kramer, The Hudson Companies and Joe Chan, Downtown Brooklyn Partnership.
