Join us outside at the Metal Detecting Sand Pit and try your hand at metal detecting. After a brief demonstration by a Cabela's Outfitter, you will use a Bounty Hunter Metal Detector to locate 20 metal objects. Find all 20 objects in five minutes or less and receive a free Cabela's multi tool.

Free Fly Casting Lessons
Join us at Lone Star Lake to try your hand, or polish your skills, at fly casting. Whether you're brand new to the sport or have been fly fishing for years, there's no better time to perfect your skills that now. Our expert fly fishing outfitters will be right by your side to guide you and answer any and all questions. Fly rods will be provided, or you may bring your own. If bad weather persists, the fly casting class will be held inside near the African Diorama.
