Camp Fire USA Centennial Festival July 31, 2010

Camp Fire USA Coastal Bend Council will be holding a Centennial Campfire Event at Cole Park in Corpus Christi on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 5 PM to 8 PM. The local organization is celebrating Camp Fire USA’s 100th Birthday this year in conjunction with other councils across the nation. Precisely at 7:30 PM in each time zone, a campfire will be burning to honor their organization.
The public is invited to attend. A local DJ will be playing music. There will be various free children’s games with prizes, a moon walk, a petting zoo and children will be able to do arts and crafts. Face painting will also be available.
A drawing will be held for two bicycles and helmets.
School supplies will also be given away while supplies last.
Food and drinks available for purchase.
Come on out to Cole Park, bring the whole family and join in the fun.
