Aruande Capoeira is here in Laredo!!! What is Capoeira? Capoeira is a unique art that combines martial arts, acrobatics and dance-like movements to the beat of traditional Brazilian instruments. It's a great work out, Great way to defend yourself and most of all, a lot of fun.
