Spring has arrived and windy days are here! How come sometimes a gentle breeze blows and sometimes it is a blustery wind? How does the wind happen, anyway? We'll hear the story of the Wind Eagle and meet a native flyer who likes to float on the spring breezes. Make a small kite of your own and head up the drumlin to fly it. - - Up to three children per adult; fees apply to all participants, both adults and children. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, though please mention these participants when registering. The fee for children between the ages of 12 and 17 months is half the regular fee. MassAudubon family memberships must be current to receive member rates. Please consider joining when registering for a program. - - Things You Should Know: - - -Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of all animals and visitors. - - -Pre-registration is required for all programs. - - -Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - -On the first day of each class, please check in at the Admissions Window (except where noted), to find out where your class will meet. - - -Programs include time indoors, as well as outside, and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures!
