This two hour workshop is open to everyone.
We will go into the meaning behind each chakra as well as build a gentle yoga sequence that compliments each chakra.
Along with each chakra balancing and yoga posture there is meditation and breathing techniques that helps you connect even deeper. At the end of the workshop there is a deep relaxation
Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.
