Childbirth Prep - Baby Care - 2 Day January 23, 2010

This class helps prepare the expectant mother and her support person for the birth of the baby. Classes include discussion of pregnancy, labor and delivery, choices for childbirth, anesthesia, cesarean birth, postpartum care, and a tour of the Women's Center. Relaxation and breathing techniques are taught and practiced to help you through labor and delivery. This class also includes information on the transition into parenthood and the basics of baby care.Enroll expectant mothers.
