Be part of the broadband evolution in Vermont! The e-Vermont Community Broadband Project is hosting Citizen Leadership in a Connected Age on May 21, 2011, at Vermont Technical College in Randolph, Vermont. Keynote speaker is Matt Dunne, former VT state senator and Google Manager of Community Affairs.

The registration fee is $20 and includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments. Go to http://evtconference.org for more information.

The conference will focus on how Internet use is expanding at the community level across Vermont to improve economic and local service opportunities, with the goal to further, not compromise, our values around community. Community leaders as well as those in education, technology, business and nonprofit sectors will share their expertise.

This will be a great opportunity to learn about some of the positive changes that broadband technology is making possible across Vermont, and ways you can take advantage of digital tools. #npvt #vt #bvt
