I studied under Dr. Martha Hicks and received my Certificate of Ordination, Practioner License and my Doctor of Divinity.
I had a church for several years and found that I like teaching instead of preaching. I closed my church after my mother’s death, but kept teaching.
I have been doing channeled counseling for over 20 years and find it very spiritually rewarding.
Classes will be in self discovery. One of the greatest things you can do for yourself is to know who you are and how things and events influence you and why.
There will be a total of 7 classes on Sunday afternoons from 1 - 3 pm.
Classes start March 6th, 2011 and wrap up on April 17th, 2011.
There will be homework and class participation. Each class will be between 40 minutes to 1 hour. Followed by a break and a 20 minute guided meditation. Afterwards there will be a little sharing if you choose to.
Subjects will be:
Metaphysical, what it means to you.
Numerology. (You do your own chart.)
Colors and how they effect your everyday life.
Dreams, what they mean on a personal level.
Healing, laying of the hands.
Reincarnation and how it effects you.

I willl talk about Celtic Spirituality a bit then we will delve into some practical aspects: This would include a look at the the 4 seasons...Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane, and Lughnasa and how we can use them for our personal growth, a light body meditation for healing and finally a sacred grove meditation to access animal/or Druid teachers and guides. I will prepare a little booklet with Druid Invocations and Prayers, the folks can take with them, and will include other ideas
such as making a stone circle, a scrying pond, and a wand.

Soul Gazing is an extraordinary ancient art. It has the capacity to heal all levels and all areas, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It allows the person to receive their own specific energy, that which is theirs and theirs alone.
The person sits and as energy is pulled from below from Mother Earth and from above from Father Sky, it is then sent through the eyes to the person. As above, so below.
It has the capacity to reach all levels and past, present and future as well as past lives. It can get as deep as you are open and for as long as you are comfortable. All you have to do is close your eyes to signal that you are through.
It is not painful or hard to do. It is a way of releasing those things you have within yourself that are ready to be released as they no longer serve you.
It feels great.

For a more in depth appointment call 541-295-5069 and I can schedule an appointment at New Hope Healing Center on Sundays. The appointment will be one hour and the cost is $20 or sliding scale. This session will be a little different as I will also use my massage table for energy healing and then we will do soul gazing. No need to worry what to wear as you lie on the table with your clothes on. Just be comfortable.
