Classic Burlesque Class @ Galaxy January 27, 2010

Ladies are flocking to South Austin every Wednesday for a night of Classic Burlesque at Galaxy Dance School! The instructor, international burlesque performer, CoCo Lectric, arrives to each class in a pin-up hairstyle, red lipstick and a fringe scarf tied around her waist, and urges her dancers to dress up similarly in their own fun style! Together, the ladies warm-up the entire body with sexy-yet-classy movements wearing their favorite pair of sexy heels. The class is then led into a series of choreographed sophisticated, sultry movements, dance combinations, walks, struts and poses. CoCo Lectric's class leaves students with new moves they never knew they had in them, as well as a sense of empowerment! This week, find your inner Diva with this class at Galaxy Dance School's state of the art facility, fully equipped with everything you need from an inner bamboo Sanctuary and four gorgeous studios outfitted with Bose sound systems and sprung flooring to a filtered water fountain- you have to see it to believe it! So put on a bit of red lipstick, grab your boa and head for Galaxy!
