COME AS YOU WERE | EMILY CARR HOMECOMING 2010

Emily Carr University of Art + Design will be welcoming back alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends for a fun- filled party in celebration of our 85th year. The university will be hosting a dance party featuring music by Damaged Goods DJs, as well as special entertainment provided by Weekend Leisure. There will be prizes, a coffee lounge, photo booth, refreshments and fun!

Tickets may be purchased at alumni_tix@ecuad.ca or by phoning 604 742 9912. Admission is $20 (early bird) or $25 at the door (both prices will have HST added). Admission includes one drink, refreshments and entry into the door prize draw.

Also taking place at the event is a silent auction and sale of limited edition buttons to support the Glenna Evans Memorial Fund. Glenna Evans was a multi-talented artist, Emily Carr student and competitive skateboarder who tragically passed away while longboarding in July of this year. Glenna’s family and friends are organizing the silent auction with artwork donated by an array of artists.
