Commemorate World TB Day at the NBM March 24, 2013

Sunday, March 24, 12:30 – 4:30 pm - Commemorate World TB Day at the NBM-Come discover drawings by NB Artist Miller Brittain, created in 1941-42 in preparation for a never-to-be-constructed mural at the Saint John Tuberculosis Hospital. Meet the NBM team conserving this artwork, and learn more about TB past and present. At 2 pm, join Peter Larocque, NBM Curator and Claire Titus, NBM Conservator, for a presentation on the artwork and the conservation project. Share your thoughts and participate in the creation of a mural documenting the day.
