TUESDAY THE 23RD. A NIGHT IN PROVENCE
Famous for it’s sun, food, wine and casual joie de vivre, Provence is the perfect place for romance. Join us and learn how to make a delicious dinner menu of classic recipes from the southeastern region of France, along with special techniques for easy cooking. Olive tapenade and herb aioli with spring vegetables. Seafood soup with rouille, French roasted chicken with herbes de Provence, warm cherry clafoutis with fresh whipped cream.
All classes will be held at Willowpond Bed and Breakfast, from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm. Classes include: recipe packets, a full meal, wonderful camaraderie. Classes are $50 each. Classes are transferable, but not refundable. Class attendance is limited & classes fill fast. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, it will be rescheduled within the following 6 months and your tuition will be transferred to that date or to another class.

Diana M. Tarasiewicz grew up in the Alsace Lorraine region of Northeastern France. She has been involved in the gourmet food world for many years, starting in Ann Arbor, Michigan, moving on to New York City, and finally bringing her knowledge to Grand Junction, Colorado. With over 25 years of culinary experience, this award-winning chef, menu stylist and educator brings a broad range of knowledge, technique and insight to the local community. Holding a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Diana appreciates food as an art form. Diana owned DMT Catering with Holly Garcia, and is currently an adjunct instructor at the Colorado Culinary Academy at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado
