Designed for the general public, course covers adult, child and infant CPR, and what to do if someone's airway is obstructed. Ideal for new and expecting parents, the class can help laypersons become rescuers in the community. Not for those who must take CPR for work or a credential. No certification is issued.Dominican Hospital is an American Heart Association (AHA) Community Training Center. Courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are taught according to AHA program guidelines by authorized instructors.
