Cranberries! October 14, 2009

The Pine Barrens of New Jersey are best known for their cranberries, those tart little fruits that we all love but may not really understand. Come learn about the entire process of cranberry platning, harvesting, processing and, or course, eating from the folks at Double Trouble Historic Village, a former cranberry farm and packing plant. Depending on availability, we may even be able to watch part of the harvest!
