Credit Myths and Repair Workshop April 28, 2010

Do you think you know all there is to know about your credit situation? In reality, there are myths floating around as fact — myths about your credit situation that can cost you a bundle if you're not careful. This free educational workshop will walk you through the top 10 myths of accessing and managing your credit, and will provide you with the tools to maintain healthy credit. Learn how to access and review your credit report for free and how to address any false or inaccurate items on your credit report.

We will be joined by Nina Ericksen of SurePath Financial Services. SurePath is formerly known as Santa Clara County Credit Counseling Services. SurePath is a non-profit community service organization providing free and confidential financial counseling. Ms. Ericksen is SurePath's Community Relations Director. She will be present during our presentation to provide additional insights into credit counseling and addressing items on our credit reports that are invalid or inaccurate.
