Cross-Cultural Team Building October 16, 2010

An international staff has its own unique advantages and challenges. This training promotes inter-cultural staff integration, thereby reducing cross cultural conflicts and building team spirit. Cross-Cultural Team Building has been designed to assist executives and employees in understanding their international colleagues and counterparts. Doing so permits the team to select and deploy some of the unique aspects of their cultures to maximize teamwork and strengthen group interaction and performance.
